HOW DOES IT WORK?
The app walks you through making four types of LOVE NOTES that covers all the bases. After inputting or uploading your text, audio, photo or video, the app’s following SETTINGS screen will time stamp the note: allow you to select which family member(s) its for; add tags to find it easier and you can enter a location if it’s important to the note.
The real magic of the app happens when the app asks you to leave a text or audio COMMENTARY. This is where you open your heart and tell your loved one why this particular memory is so meaningful to you and how you feel about them. That emotion will be experienced by those receiving your Love Note when they listen to that commentary in the future.
When someone passes away, their loved ones often face the daunting task of sorting through tens of thousands of photos, files, and mementos. Love Notes mission is to simplify this process by allowing users to curate JUST THE GEMS from our overloaded digital life, to create this meaningful Time Capsule for friends, family, or any special relationship you have. We charge a monthly subscription membership to initiate and maintain your Love Notes, Time Capsule and Personal Network archives. There are two subscription options:

Only the subscriber (you) can make Love Notes to archive content. Your family members will be able to view them later in the Time Capsule archives.FAMILY PLAN- $9.99/month

Once in the app go to the main menu (aka hamburger menu) in the upper left corner. In this menu you will see “My Subscription” which is where you officially subscribe. Two options:
1) Individual Subscription, $6.99 a month, provides that you, the subscriber can make the love notes, and all of your family can receive and view the love notes in your Time Capsule
2) Family Subscription, $9.99 a month, widens it so that all of your family members can also make new love notes, share them, and view them in the family’s Time Capsule
Select the 5GB version for now, it will take a long time to fill that amount of storage.
You get to try the app for a week for free then are asked to pick a subscription to keep going forward.

No, of course not. Coming in the next big update to the app will be “Storage Mode”. After months of building up your Time Capsule, you can slide the switch to “Storage Mode” and the subscription fee drops way down to $1.99 per month ($24 a year) for the safe keeping of your precious, private data.
Then if you have some new events in your life that need to be added to your Time Capsule, simply slide the switch back to your subscription level, and you can add more notes for the entire month. Simply slide back to “Storage Mode” for the much smaller and reasonable storage rate.

Your private family network consists of the following participants:
• SUBSCIBER - The person who created the new Love Notes Account and holds the subscription.
• FAMILY MEMBERS - The special ones in the life of the subscriber whom which the Love Notes and Time Capsule are intended for.
• STEWARDS - People the subscriber trusts to help make sure your Family Member’s Time Capsule treasures do get to them later in life. This could b a god-parent, best friend or trusted relative for example. You will provide them your login credentials for safe keeping in case they need to help a Family Member get in to your Time Capsule.
• SHARE WITHs - Other people or platforms in your life who you wish to share a particular Love Note with outside of your private network. These folks don’t have login privileges to the Subscriber’s account, but you can still share Love Notes with them via text, email or your social media accounts if appropriate.

A top priority and value of your Love Notes subscription is it ensures your privacy. Love Notes is a closed social network between you and only those you give access to see the personal memories and images you’ve curated in your Time Capsule.
Unlike typical social media platforms, here you will not be constantly advertised to, at all while within the app.
Each new Love Note you make, has it’s own settings, allowing you to give access to only one family member OR select “All” to the notes you want everyone to be able to see. You choose.
Each Love Note can also be shared with anyone in or outside your private network using your phone’s regular share tools of text, email and posting to social media if you choose.

TEXT NOTES
Examples would include: Grandma’s cookie recipe that the kids love so much / providing LISTS or LOG-IN & PASSWORDS to your accounts for your children to access after you pass away / sharing inspirational quotes, poetry / archiving anecdotes of family history & remembrances, family-tree information, biographical narratives & more…
AUDIO NOTES
Record your own voice sharing memories and speaking messages directly to chosen individuals. Or upload recorded music, songs, or files of your child’s first music recital, recordings of your child’s first words, audio clips from your favorite shows, the voice message from a grandparent’s phone machine to archive, your recorded reflections from significant milestone life events like graduations, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
PHOTO NOTES
Preserve and share your favorite selfies, family portraits, and snapshots; that end of season sports team photograph, your pictures of vacation memories, birthday photos, school portraits, images of bar mitzvah, quinceanera, baptism, wedding, prom, and other significant rituals and life events.
VIDEO NOTES
Upload your most treasured videos: your kids game-winning score; favorite moments singing-together,; baby’s first steps or words; your kid’s first bike ride without training wheels; precious moments being goofy or serious together; school performances, plays, recitals; an interview of someone dear to preserve and anything precious you want your child(ren) to experience and feel later in life.
